Delivery

Cost

Free Delivery is available for all orders over £100. For orders under £100 standard delivery costs are just £2.50.

For certain areas and postcodes there is a delivery charge, for a list of these areas please see the section below.
Duration

Once your order has been placed you will be notified of your delivery date within 24 hrs. Items are delivered within 1-2 working days from when you place your order, except for items weighing over 30kgs [See section Large Products]. All deliveries are made between 8.00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

For an additional supplement you can request either a :-
  • Before 10:30am [£11.99]
  • Before 12pm [£9.99]
  • Afternoon 12pm to 5pm [£11.99]
  • Saturday Before 12pm [£14.99]

Please note :
  • On line orders can only be delivered to the Cardholder's address. If you require the delivery to made to another address then please call the call centre as additional security checks need to be undertaken
  • Orders can only be delivered to mainland UK. We regret that we cannot deliver goods outside of the UK, i.e: Isle of Man or Guernsey or to BFPO addresses
  • If you live in one of the following postcode districts or regions
    • UK Offshore - Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly ...
    • Northern Ireland
    • Anywhere that involves crossing water or a toll
    • Orders for large products in AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH postcodes
    then please email or phone the call centre for a delivery quotation
  • Delivery times quoted are dependant on whether stock is available and on third party carriers. If any unforeseen delays do occur, ShopAtDigital will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. We cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the delay
  • Our courier will delivery any time between 8:30am and 5:30pm for standard deliveries. Unless you have requested and paid for a timed service

Large Products

For large product such as televisions (>40") and white goods, we use a dedicated 2 man delivery team. You will be informed if a 2 man delivery team is to be used. For these orders you will be able to check the approximate time of delivery 48 hours before the delivery date. Note, for such deliveries the following policy applies:

  1. For the following postcodes there will be a surcharge of £25.00:- AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH
  2. Once a date is set for delivery any subsequent changes must be made 48 hours before the original date to avoid a delivery surcharge
  3. Its imperative that on the date of the delivery a person is available at the contact address otherwise the delivery cost will be charged for re-delivery or cancellation of the order. Note, the delivery firm will provide an approximate time for delivery which you can request from the couriers customer care line.
  4. At present our 2-man delivery team do not deliver to any islands, including Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands

Our Home Appliance deliveries are delivered by our dedicated Shopatdigital delivery drivers. By providing this service we are restricted to where we are able to deliver in the UK. We can offer a home delivery service to the following postcodes: BD, LS, WF, HD and HX. If you live outside these specified areas you will be able to reserve for collection from our Leeds Depot. Please call on 01274 759497 if you have any queries regarding the delivery of a Home Appliance product.
Shortages

The customer should sign for all packages as shown in the delivery consignment note. It is the customer's responsibility to note any missing items on the delivery consignment note and notify ShopAtDigital of any shortages within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Any customer can cancel their purchase within 7 working days after receipt of the goods, providing that the product has not been used and remains in it's original unopened manufacturer's packaging . Returned goods which do not adhere to this will be rejected. Customers will be refunded for their purchase by cheque less the return delivery charges incurred in the transaction. The 7 day period does not start until the day after receipt of the goods by the customer.
